Q1.Which size to choose?

Refers to the size chart (if available for this product) or the measurements of the model. It is written in the description if the item is done adjusted, straight or loose fit.

Q2. What are the delivery time?
Our deadlines are between 5 and 14 working days. That excludes weekends. From the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse, the time varies between 1-3 working days depending on the carrier and the region of your home. You can refer to the tracking number received by email. For International orders, delivery may take 10-15 business days.

Q3. I have not received a confirmation email, is this normal?
The email may be in your junk mail box OR you may have made an error in your email address.

Q4. What are the response times?
We are in the office from Monday to Thursday. Outside those days, we answer you when we have a free time. It can take up to 3-4 days to get an answer, that’s normal! We work hard.

Q5. If the product or a size is out of stock, will it come back?
Some of our products are classic and are renewed. You can register in the tab for this purpose on the product page. You will receive an email when it is available again.

Q6. If there is an error in my order, what do I do?
Contact us at Service@louvedesign.com and we will assist you. If you write to us during the weekend it may be that the answer goes only at the beginning of the week.

Q7. Is it possible to come to the workshop to shop or for a return?
No, unfortunately, it is not possible. Our local is not open to the public. We offer our products online or in few retailers. However, it may be that the desired product is an online exclusivity.

Q8. Do we have gift cards and/or where can they be used?
Yes we have gift cards, they are for sale on our site and they can only be used on this one. The code is sent by email, as it is only a virtual card. Be sure to enter the correct email address.

Q9. What’s the exchange & return policy?
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your Louve Design purchase, we will be happy to offer a return of your item(s), within 10 business days of the date of the reception.

Items must be in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) to be eligible for a return/exchange.

Q11. Does Louve Design guarantee the quality of their clothes?
Well, of course! We offer a 100% guarantee on manufactures, fabric & prints. 
If any of your items are defective, please send us an email at service@louvedesign.com it will be a pleasure to correct the situation.

Q12. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to Canada and the US on orders over $150 or a flat fee of 12$. 

Q13. Does Louve Design deliver internationally?
Absolutely! We love sharing Louve Design love with people around the world. For more information on international delivery, please email service@louvedesign.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Q14. Is it safe to shop on Louve Design?
Yes, absolutely! We take online shopping very seriously. We use SSL encryption, in addition to the Shopify platform.

Q15. What payment methods can I use to pay online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and our gift cards

Q16. Does Louve Design charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge all applicable Canadian sales tax.
In Québec, we charge GST and QST. 
In New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and PEI, we charge HST. 
In Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, we charge GST.

Q18. What is upcycling?
Up cycling means using already existing pieces to manufacture new things. Louve Design produces all its clothes with recycled materials (end of rolls) and trimmings found in vintage stores. We own our clothing manufacture located in Québec, Canada where everything is produced. We strengthen and support our local community and therefore lower the carbon footprint of our clothes. Louve Design believes we can plant the seeds and ideas for a fundamental transition in the fashion industry in which the prevailing practice would be one of sustainability and mindfulness.
